Chapter 17

That we must recognise the nature of this present time from the characteristics shown us by the Scripture, and having formed our opinion order our lives accordingly. Mt. xxiv. 32; 33 ταῦτα before πάντα; Lk. xii. 54 add τήν before νεφέλην K, ἀπὸ δυσμῶν for ἐπὶ δ. K; 55; 56 πῶς οὐ δοκιμάζετε for πῶς οὐκ οἴδατε δοκιμάζειν K; 1 Cor. vii. 29; 30; 31 τῷ κόσμῳ for τὸν κόσμον K.
