Easy enough, by the LXX. See Isaiah 63:3 καὶ τῶν εθνῶν οὐκ ἔστιν ἀνηρ μἐτ εμοῦ. The first verse, referring to Edom, leads our author to accentuate this point of Gentile ignorance.
